Lenore Goldfarb, PhD, CCC, IBCLC is an award-winning psychotherapist, Canadian Certified Counsellor, and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. She is co-author together with Dr. Jack Newman of The Protocols for Induced Lactation®. Dr. Goldfarb is cofounder of the Goldfarb Breastfeeding Clinic, Jewish General Hospital, Montreal, Quebec, Canada from which she retired in 2019. She is president of the Canadian Breastfeeding Foundation and Director/Professional Development Educator for Health e-Learning-IIHL, The International Institute of Human Lactation, and Step 2 Education International. She is moderator of www.asklenore.info, an information resource for parents wishing to induce lactation/adoptive feed. Dr. Goldfarb completed her Ph.D. in 2010 at The Union Institute & University, in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA and has presented on lactation topics world-wide. Married over 30 years, she has two sons for whom she induced lactation. She resides in Montreal, Canada.

Carole is Australian born and currently lives in Montreal, Canada. She is a Registered Nurse and has a Bachelor of Science in Maternal Child Health-Human Lactation. She has experience volunteering with WABA-NA, INFACT Canada and was past Chair of INFACT Quebec, all organisations supporting International Code work. She completed International Code Training under the guidance of Elisabeth Sterken (INFACT Canada), David Clark (UNICEF), Joo Kean Yeong and Constance Ching (IBFAN-ICDC). She has been a strong advocate for the International Code since the 1990’s. She has been teaching health care professionals about Ethics and the International Code since 2002.
She also has a vast experience with complicated lactation cases, has been involved with lactation and research since the early 2000’s. She believes in the importance of sharing knowledge, supporting research and building strong professional and ethical relationships.

She has gained considerable experience working in a variety of midwifery roles, Tertiary Hospitals and Aboriginal Health within a community setting. This includes Caseload Midwife, Antenatal Clinic, Birth Suite, Postnatal Care and Distance Educator with the Australian College of Nursing & Southern Cross University.
Tracey has further qualifications in midwifery, education, child and family health, well women’s screening and International Board of Certified Lactation Consultants.
Tracey is a strong advocate for women, passionate about women centered care and I strongly believe in supporting women to safely achieve the birthing experience they desire, including water birth, VBAC, twins and vaginal breech.
As a lactation consultant, Tracey promotes and protects breastfeeding while honoring the mother’s choice about feeding options.

Dale is founding member of the International Affiliation of Tongue-tie Professionals (IATP) and has served as an IBLCE (International Board Lactation Consultant Examiners) director (2013-2016).
Dale also has an interest in Baby Friendly Health Initiative (BFHI) as an Educator and Lead Assessor for over 15 years. Dale also served the community for over thirty years as a volunteer Breastfeeding Counsellor.
